It's Christmas time and I have to plan some activities for the kids while I'm gone in Cambodia and Vietnam next week. Trying to look for some instructions online about cutting out snowflake patterns, I ran across this beautiful image of some snow crystals under a microscope. Pretty amazing huh? Snowflakes apparently always form with 6 arms...what's the force behind that consistency?
